Wednesday menu: Mediterranean theme — shawarma chicken, herb-crusted salmon, falafel & hummus, tabbouleh, roasted eggplant, couscous pilaf, pita, tzatziki, Greek salad bar. Baklava and rice pudding for dessert.

Thursday menu: Italian theme — chicken piccata, pasta bolognese, eggplant parmesan (V), Caesar salad, minestrone soup, garlic bread, tiramisu and cannoli for dessert.

Friday menu: End-of-week comfort food — pot roast with gravy, fried chicken (GF available), macaroni & cheese, mashed potatoes, green beans, biscuits, and a full dessert spread including cobbler, cake, and ice cream.

Menu Notes: All menus include a dedicated vegan protein option at every meal. Gluten-free options are available at every service. Halal proteins can be arranged with 72-hour advance notice. Kosher catering is available at a premium. All meals include self-serve beverages: iced tea, lemonade, water, coffee.

EVERY MENU IS CUSTOM

These sample menus are starting points. When we build your production's catering plan, we factor in your crew's dietary restrictions, regional food preferences, shoot location and access, budget per head, and cultural considerations. A crew shooting in West Texas for three weeks gets a different menu plan than a one-day commercial shoot in a San Antonio studio.

We'll send you a draft menu for your approval before the first shoot day — and we take crew feedback seriously. Happy crew, happy production.
